
Sometimes I just can’t watch the news because it puts my head in a bad place, but who could escape all of the reports on the housing numbers from July?
Hello McFly, the tax credit had just ended, give us some time. The majority of buyers who would have bought a house in the first six months of 2010 likely did it before the tax credit expired, so obviously the numbers are going to be down as they accelerated their purchases.
